Made to order
Every Pelota Prints poster is personalized with your match and printed just for you. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for mistakes in the score, names, or other details you approved before placing your order.
Damaged or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or doesn't match the design you approved, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
Lost or delayed orders
Most orders are printed and delivered within 7-10 days. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
Cancellations and changes
Orders go into production quickly, so we may not be able to cancel or change an order once it's placed. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can.
